BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 3625 Mountain Creek Road, being off the northwest line of Mountain Creek Road at Morrison Springs Road. An unplatted tract, being part of the property described in deed book 3516, page 109, R.O.H.C. To find the true point of beginning of said unplatted tract, start on the northwest line of Mountain Creek Road some 20 feet northeast of the intersection of the northwest line of Mountain Creek Road with the southwest line of Morrison Springs Road (if extended), thence northwest 300 feet to the true point of beginning, thence southwest 355 feet, thence northwest some 655 feet, to the Chattanooga-Hamilton County line, thence northeast some 367 feet with said line, thence southeast some 680.45 feet to the true point of beginning. Tax Map No. 108F-B-6 (part). from R-1 Residential Zone to RT-1 Residential Townhouse Zone. SECTION 2.
